my wipers are on permanent delay. pulling the fuse fixes the problem. disconnecting the wiper switch harness under the dash does not. i cant seem to find any crossed wires or anything else that would be sending power to the wiper circuit.
    i'm thouroughly stumped. any ideas?

This should help. If you don't want to do it this way, just by the board from the dealer and install it yourself. Takes about 5 minutes install.
