So far as I know, the only way to get an all chrome grille is to buy an aftermarket 88-93 and then use paint stripper to remove the black off the grille and headlight buckets. On OEM grilles, the black was actually the molded plastic, and I BELIEVE on all aftermarket 88-93 grille, they were all chrome with black paint on the grille area and headlight buckets. A little wipe with a stripper covered towel would pull it right off and reveal the chrome underneath.

Thats how mine was, anyways.
