Not sure on the airbag business but the only other issue I could see is if there are wiring differences (assuming you have power seats now and the ones you are looking at are power). Other than that they should bolt right in as far as i know.

I have a lead on leather front and rear seats from a 1999 Silverado and would want to put them into my 2005 Silverado. Can anyone think of any issues I would have with them?
The one area I have concern about is the passenger seat sensor for the air bag? Can the sensor be easily transferred to the new seat?
