i want to replace all my bulbs for blue leds but im getting confused with all the post im reading. will i need a resistor for replacement leds? what about on additional bulbs? what is a flux led? sorry for all the dumb questions.

Alot of times you can buy LEDs by the bundle with resistors already hardwired to the diode for 12V, so all you have to do is hook up the + and - inplace of where the old bulb was and your set!
They have auctions for them on ebay all the time for 50-100 Blue 5mm diodes with built-on resistors and 12" wire leads for $8.99, sometimes cheaper.
