I have a 2006 2500HD ext cab with manual seats. I want to upgrade the driver seat to power, at least 6-way. How hard is it to do? Is it easier to get a seat with the power stuff already on it or add the power components to the existing seat? Any info is greatly appreciated!! Thanks all!!

My guess would be to find a seat that already has the 6-way power. I'm not sure, but you're probably gonna have to run new power as well... If you get the seats from a salvage yard, make sure you get the OEM harness as well, so you can plug-n-play!

yea, harnesses arent there already. would have to buy/swap harnesses and you should be good to go.
