yes, i just bought an 04 4 days ago, and it came with the underseat storage compartment. to be honest i haven't put anything in it, i'm still surprised to have a new-to-me truck, but it is nice and roomy. they do a good job of taking up all available space, and the locking feature is nice too.

Well here is what I found... GM#12498846 Look at this website. www.adventuresaccessories.com They had it priced at $294.40 which I think is a little steep. I want one for truck but it is way down on the priority list. Hope this helps.

    Re: underseat storage

You can build something on your own for a whole lot less. I used some 3/4" by 6" and built a 3 sided box. Came out from the side of the rear seat to being just under the front of the seat, then across the front. Used wood scres to connect at the corners. Up by the sides of the seat at the rear I put a small board to the inside and then wood screwed the outer board to the inner board to keep the box from moving. Now all my gear stays under the rear seat and it only cost me about $15.

    Have a nice day.
