Hey haven't been on in a while, and I've done some searching but no luck. My 07 classic ext cab is making this awful rubbing popping noise. Anytime I turn, or I ride down a dirt road or anything of this nature I hear all these weird noises coming from what sounds like the door panels. Has anyone had this problem before?

No, I mean the noise is inside the truck like the interior sounds loose.

If it's an '07, and still has factory warranty on it, take it back to the dealer...

Warranty just ran out and they never could pin point it. I know it's the door panels and headliner etc, making noise when the truck flexes, but why??

If you had it at the dealers under warranty and they couldn't fix the problem, take it back to them and raise hell. Hopefully you saved the service order or some documentation of the visit. The dealer should also have a record.

Many GM Dealers will give "Goodwill" warranty to customers whose warranty just expired. It's worth looking into...

This is a common issue. We had many 2007 Silverados, Tahoes, and Suburbans here at work that did that. Most were NNBS, but not all. I know this doesn't help you much, but don't feel alone.

Used to own a FSC, now I just have my extremely old Buick.
Have some perspective please. Thank you.
