Broken glove box handle, 03 Sierra

Does anyone know where I can buy a new glove box handle? I searched at GMpartsdirect, but it looks like you have to buy the whole glove box assemble for $160!

The part number on the handle is 15713516.

Any ideas??

I had the same problem with a broken glove box handle. I looked around for a while and then ended up going to the junk yard and finding one. It cost $20, but it was the cheapest I could find.

$20 for the handle or the whole glove box?

It was for the handle and the little metal bar. They had to take it out of the truck and tear apart the glovebox to get it. But I needed one, because I was driving around with out a glovebox for a month and it was the right color. I'm sure you can probably find one cheaper. The yard I went to is always a little expensive.
