I'm pretty sure it's after the year 2000. I am looking to get a set of junkyard visors that I am going to adapt to my 1987 Silverado. I hate the big @$$ flat panel, bland looking visors it has, with no mirrors and lights on 'em. Those are the specs I am looking for, I guess. I want mirrors to be on both visors, and lights on the sides of both of the mirrors. And I also them to have that little pull out slide/tab that sort of extends the visor. What vehicle would have had all of this, on the driver's side and the passenger side? Perhaps a trailblazer or something? Thanks for reading, - Benny

I had those visors on 1998 and 1997 S-10 blazers that I used to have. One was a LT and the other was a LS. You might want to try vans also, my parents had an 84' chevy van that had the mirror and lights but no extension, that would be an exact fit for your truck.

Those sound like Burb, Tahoe & Yukon Visors. I pulled an excellent grey pair with mirrors, vanity lights and that slide out thing from a 99 Yukon at a bone yard for $24.00.
Wired them up in my 95 Silvy and they look like they came in it from the factory.

Thanks guys. I bet they will be an awesome addition to my 1987's interior. I guess I will be doing a little cutting, welding, and painting but hell that never stopped me before.

Hmm... now which models had the cool rear view mirror (interior) that tells you the direction you are going in the corner? Like North, South, East, or West. It's cool if there is also a mirror that tells you other things as well. In fact, that would be great cause I am trying to modernize the truck as much as I possibly can.

I'm doing all kinds of strange things to it. Like deleting the factory ash tray (I don't smoke, so I won't be needing it) and putting in another cigarette lighter power point so other people can charge their phones at the same time as me. Also going to put a USB charging point right there, as well as a mini USB charging point. For all my little devices like mp3 players, digital cameras, GPS, some people's phones, all that stuff. See I got all kinds of bizarre ideas. The more uncommon, (yet still useful) the more I want to do it.

I had a 99 tahoe w/ the power mirror, so i suppose 96-99 should do ya for a mirror.

by power mirror, i mean it had the compass and thermometer. the NBS mirror displays them simultaneously, the OBS mirror has buttons to toggle from temp to direciton
