never worked on an NBS column yet, but if it is anything like the OBS column then id have to say yes it can be done, when you have the upper and lower shrouds off, you Should be able to turn the steering wheel and expose a Torx screw which is one that holds the multifunction lever in. I could be absolutely wrong tho

why don't you try this one.Use the flashlight to look underneath the driver-side dashboard and find the fuse panel.Locate the old flasher on the back side of the fuse panel. The flasher looks like a small tin canister.Pull the old flasher out of its socket by hand.Plug the new flasher into the flasher socket by lining up the prongs and pushing it gently, but a full force, into the socket. Make sure it is fully seated.Push the turn signal stalk to one direction or the other to verify the new flasher works.
