Well yes they fit but will they work is another question. If they are the base(an1) optioned seats no problems. If they are the power an2 level seat you'll need to cut the plug on the seats and hard wire them in. Now if they and the AN3 power heated memory seats they will not work. The bcm runs the seats and there is no way to get the old bcm in the 99-02 to communicate whit the seats. Even hard wiring the motors causes issues because the seat actually has a controller in it that has to be powered up and connected to the Bcm. Let me know what you have and if I can help I will.

well they are power and heated. im thinking i can put the cushions and seat covers onto my seats and still be able to control them, im not worried about the heated part of the seat. the back seat of the avalanche are flat so im going to have to see if i can unbolt them and put them onto my seats. ill find a way to get these to fit trust me they are a two tone that i have wanted for a long time and are in excellent condition.

The best way to do this is to convert them from the 03-06 design to the 99-02 design. It is a bit of work but with some knowledge the front seat will look like the 03-06 design but work in the older truck and be factory. The rear seat will not fit. It is designed on a whole different premises. If it were me and I had to have the the rears match I'd get a hold of katskinz or classic soft and have the proper rear cover made for it. In the end you probably spend less money and less stress. My 2 cents. If you want to pick my brain on the conversion feel free to do so.
