Power door lock problem...

So, I got a 96 k1500. No keyless entry from factory.

Here is the prob.

When I hit the lock/unlock switch on the drivers side, the drivers door operates as it should, but the passenger side moves either not all the way, sometimes not at all, and even less, how it properly should.

Also, when I hit the passenger side switch, nothing happens.

I just wanted to see what y'all thought. I know the obvious answer is pass. side switch, but is there a way to test it?

Been having this same problem in my '00 Z71, had the driver door mechanism fixed and now the passenger is out.
