Yes you can which will lead to the need for a new dash, seats and steering wheel at least so you might as well find a good donor truck and grab all the interior stuff you need out of it and use it in your 92![]()

Hey! I just bought a raggity 1991 silverado, and I plan to bring it back to life. I want to start with the interior. Can I put the 95-98 door panels and the overhead interior in it? Its the ext cab model.

I've got 98 door panels in my truck right now with the stock 91 dash, they don't line up perfect but not too bad either. I'll probably get around to get a newer dash eventually but it's my DD. You will need the door module (metal part that bolts in to the door frame) along with the panels though but they bolt right up with no mods.

ok thanks..... where do i get the door module from?
I'll try to get some pics this weekend, don't have any with the new panels.
Buhaha, get the inner metal door module from the truck you get the panels out of if you can. I replaced mine when I had panels out of a 95 but I just changed them a couple weeks ago to the 98's and they fit the same but the outer plastic panel is different.
