ok not sure where to post this so if its in the wrong place sorry.
ok so im doing a dash swap. going from a 94 to a 96 dash in my silverado.
im stuck with the head light switch,heat controlls and cluster.
first im trying to get the headlight switch done first. now theres like 8 wires on the 94 harness and like 10 or 11 on the 96 switch pigtail. the wires are all matching colors. can i connect them and be ok by doing that? and if so i have 3 extra coming from the 96 pigtail and where do they go. i hope someone can understand what im saying...

it has been done befor just have to find someone that had done it...
