I want to put these in my console to replace my head/park/fog light switches. Would these work? Does anyone know where else I can find similar switch panels?
    thanks

    bad deal

Jimmy, my local Autozone has those exact switches for $25. They're made by Pilot. Check around autozone, advance, walmart.

Hey Jimmy You really need to look at this in person. I will say I saw them at the Autozone right after you posted this.
I will only say they were in the HELP section.
These appeared to be of very low quality and the silver posts you se on the outside of the box are your terminals. That's right exposed terminals.
The panel itself is very flimsy looking and prolly will be difficult to install in a way that is neat. The ribbon cable exits on the thin bottom edge and not behind it.
They had a replacment manual shifter handle with the buttons as well as some cheap looking wirless remote unit available as well.

This is kinda like a hamburger commercial where they take 6 hours fixing up the burger then applying the 6 million power zoom to make it look big and nice.
That picture you posted from the auction over illustrates the unit.

That is my opinion that is why I say you need to look at them for yourself. It might be in the cheap neon "crap" section of your local Autozone (catch my drift)?

Good luck and let us know what you decide on.
HEY, Painless wiring has a new replacment center section for your steering wheel with a wirless switch panel in it. I looked at them. In texas you have to have a horn but it is not specific how it has to be activated. So you can wire one of the bottons to do it or remote mount a horn switch.

wow thanks for checking those out for me. I actually saw those buttons for the steering wheel in a street rod mag and figured these were the same thing...guess not. I like the look of those type of switches though....hopefully I can find some of better quality!
    thanks again

Ya jimmy those are the ones I was talking about.
I would think that they are pretty high quality.
Although I have not personally seen them myself.
