It's not a bad kit, it's actually a 5 inch full drop if I remember correctly, so it could be cranked up to 8 inches or so max. I'd say it's good for the money but there are better kits.

I was thinking about buying this lift for now because its cheap compared to everybody else... is Rough Country really worth it? I mean it sounds heavy duty but ya never know. Is there anybody running this lift? Is it really a 6in lift that i can crank or like a 4in that equals 6 when you max it out??

Yes Rough Country and Superlift OBS lifts are exactly the same, just with different names stamped on them.
