When I measured one side of my truck was a half inch lower than the other. The T-bar bolt was also tighter on passenger side than drivers side. Is this normal? I put them both even and one inch lower than my backend.

Mine measures about half an inch different on either side. I tryed to get it the same, but could not. I think it's just the way they sit.

I just cranked my bars yesterday. The driver side maxed out A LOT faster than the passenger side and it was sittin a good 3/4"-1" higher on the passenger side . So, I just messed with them 'til I got it to sit pretty even.
When I got my truck mine sat a 1-1/4"'s lower on the drivers side so I got the dealership to even them out.
When i cranked mine 2 inches, my passenger side sat a half inch lower. I cranked it an extra turn and it still sits a little bit lower.
Driver side will sit lower because of the added weight all the time. Now, if your wife or girlfreind, or best freind is fat .. maybe the passenger side will sit low.

moral of the story, just hang out with a bunch of fat people and your truck will sit level on both sides!
That was a good one.Originally Posted by ilmudrunner
Well it all worked out fine. I cranked 1" and then added some BFG 285/70-17's with an alignment and the truck rides better than with stock tires. These BFG's are incredible. I am very impressed so far now lets just see how long they last. I would love to get 50K out of them.
