There is a reason you can't find any pics.... People don't run that kit for a reason. Get a full 4" or do a TB crank.

mine with skyjacker 3" and 245's

I did have to cut off my bump stops to make it work but it rides just like it did before the lift but i left the lift about at 2.5 inches. Should be able to fit 315's no problem

yea if you going to pay the money for a list spend a little more and get atleats the 4". The 6" kits are usually just 4" kits cranked with blocks anyway. If you only want a few inches save ur self a bunch of money and just block and crank to get where u want.

it depends on the truck just make sure that you have plenty of space between the bump stop

usually people add the blocks then crank to level and like omega said keep room between the bump stops

you can put the ball joint to the bottom of the control arm, this eliminates some of the ball joint angle, and create more space between the droop stop in the upper control arm. my 94 has a 2 inch block in the rear, ball joints flipped, then crank 2 level in the front. clears 285s on stock 2006 silverado wheels just fine.

Re: PICS PLEASEEE!!! 88-98 OBS Rough country 3" lift

So far greasedog is the only one who has used correct terminology DROOP STOP instead of BUMP STOP, they are opposites.

To the guy who cut his droop stops off... what limits suspension droop now? Hopefully shock length over CV bind or BJ angle. Even then, shock length is the wrong way of doing it.

OP, click the 92 link in my sig, I used 1.5" blocks and cranked a little less than level (rear springs were sagged some), total crank was maybe 1-1.25". Rode great, didn't eat parts. Had it cranked to nearly 2" and it rode terrible and started to eat parts, so I went back to 1".

Re: PICS PLEASEEE!!! 88-98 OBS Rough country 3" lift

I am kinda bringing this back from the dead but I have the Rough Country OBS 3" lift. I got it back in 05 so it is the old design that was only offered with new torsion bars and add a leafs. Mine also had the different upper control arm design. It has been a good kit. I installed it at about 240K and now i'm at 350K. One word to the wise is keep the bars turned up modest. When I was younger I used to run them up really far and mess around with blocks along with my add a leafs and flipping ball joints. The kit will eat parts if you are not careful. I am doing some front end work now but I haven't done and in 50K-60K miles so it is expected. I have run 315/75R16s on them the whole 110K miles that I have had it on there. I think it looks great and really fills up the fender. 285/75R16 is the max recommended by Rough Country so mine sees more abuse with the bigs tires. I would buy the kit again even with the new redesign. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
