Hey guys was looking to work on the truck (02 sierra 4wd 1500) and strt installing my lift kit and replacing all the worn front end components which is pretty much all of them. I am having a hard time finding a 35 mm socket for the cv axle nut. I can find 34 mm and 36 and axle nut kits but none contain the 35 mm socket i need. What has everyone else used. Last thing i want to do is strip/ round this nut when trying to take it off and back on.
Thanks
Ken

Yep, just use the 36mm
x3 on the 36mm, it's all I have ever used on GMT400 and GMT800 trucks.
I've used a 36 before, but the O'Reilly's near me had a 35 so now I have that.

I went and bought a 35 mm at oreilly auto not last week... they could probably order one in for you too and it would be here the next day.
But the 35 was an extremely tight fit, i had to hammer it on there a little bit so the 36mm will work just fine.
