I wonder how Amy's Jeep would do there.

Went wheeling up at Rausch Creek Offroad Park two weekends ago. It was the first time I've ever been there and after seeing it, I can't wait to go back again. Hopefully this time with my OWN vehicle to wheel.

It was an all Jeep XJ weekend. Everyone did good without any major issues/breakage. Brians tan XJ bent two draglinks. Luckily we had a spare with only a minor bend to use the rest of the afternoon and for the drive home. My cousin Si's/his buddy Eric's green XJ ran great all day long without any issues. They only got it ready/together three days prior to us leaving. Jeff's white XJ did great IMO for all that is done to it. It really impressed me where it would go/what it would do. But, he did manage to do some fender/rocker/door modding on various obstacles.![]()
And, due to a bad driverside motor mount part way through the day the stock fan kept kissing the radiator which led to needing to keep adding water to it.
But, all in all we had a great time and plan to go back soon. Hopefully this time to camp out overnight before and be able to wheel a full-day.
Here are some of the pics I took throughout the day. I was only able to take so many pics b/c I had to keep hitching a ride. I also have a bunch of videos that I'll post once I upload them.

wow looks like a great place to wheel at
what are the specs on all those xjs?
97 z71,3" body lift, tow mirrors, cranked and AAL, 35" KM2's, 4.56 gears w/lockright, 6k HID's, strobes/lightbar/leds07 2500hd ccsb lbz duramax, intake, exhaust, cab lights, leveled, about it for now..........
Great place to wheel! The pictures are so deceiving though... most of the shots look like little rocks or the hills don't look as steep as they are. Seeing it all in person is so much better, the pics don't do justice.

Haha.... NO!
Some of the wider trails would be fine to just drive around and climb up on stuff. But, majority of the trails are tight, even in a Jeep. One of the members here, Freyguy, took his CCSB HD up there and ran alot of the trails.

Rausch Creek is a great place to go to, I think Paragon was better, to bad they closed it for nothing and it is sitting there going to crap.
