    I Got Mine 5" From 4wp, They Are Made By Superlift. I Think They Most Commonly Are Installed And 99-06 1/2 Ton 4wd 6" Superlift Kits

    '99 RCSB 2wd -7" front, 5" Rear, 315/75/16 M/T, F/R bumpers, 9" Lighting

    I got my Skyjacker 2" Tapered cast iron blocks from Summit Racing, came with a u-bolt kit also.
