i see where most fuel tanks are vented at the top. iam putting a fuel cell in the bed of my truck. what i was wondering is can you run the vent tube from the top then down and go threw the bed floor. are dose the vent have to be higher then the tank . i was just wondering because i did not want the fumes in the bed of the truck under the bed cover.

As far as the venting I think just to be safe I would run the end of the vent tube so its as high as the top of the tank. Then mount a rollover valve on the end of it just in case. I have to get moving on my fuel cell soon....kinda not sure what Im doing yet
