shifting on 700R4

Well i've had my trannsmission since July of 04. I bought it all setup rated for more hp then my truck will ever dream of... bigger bands, shiftkit, aftermarket converter. It shifts from 1st to 2nd gear at 12mph. When its cold it shifts pretty hard but dont chirp the tires. From 2nd to 3rd is 32mph and smooth. Haven't checked to see the other shifting point speeds but they are smooth. If i floor the truck taking off up to top speed the truck will chirp with every upshift with 35's on it. When do you consider an upshift as to hard and is 1st to 2nd at 12mph to soon and to hard even though its not chirping the tires? Is 2nd to 3rd at 32mph upshifting to quick? What are shifting point speeds usually or since its built it makes it different then a stock tranny?

What shift kit does it have in it? If its a trangso you need to take a washer off to decrease shift firmness. My truck shifts 1-2 at 12 mph, 2-3 at 20 mph, and 3-4 around 35 and thats with very light throttle. I know the tranny's are different but I thought I would post it anyway.
