Shift Kit and Wait4me's firmer shifts

So I have been looking at geting a shift kit for my 4l80E. It is my understanding that the shift kit eliminates the "duration of shift". But isn't this the same thing that wait4me does when they make "firmer shifts"? My wait4me alredy has firmer shifts, so would I benifit from a shift kit?

The shift kit is MUCH better for your tranny than just increasing the line pressure through a tune. The shift kit is more effective than the tune. If you do install one, be sure to have Jesse set your line pressure back to stock, the shift kit will firm up those shifts for you.
