does anyone know what parts are in the TRansgo sk700 kit?

Not sure about the "sk700" kit, but the "SK" kit is not the same as the HD-2 kit. The SK kit does not give you the same results - that's why it's half the price.

i already made some upgrades .
But i have a stuck/sticking tv valve.
i think this medium sk kit solves the problem.
is there a tv valve also in this kit?

I'm not sure, you should consult with the Transgo experts on that. I've installed a couple of shift kits, but couldn't put a label on all the parts that I installed
