Hi guys,
Where is the ecu in an '02 5.3 silverado? I bought my dad's truck and he had said he chipped it - but I have no idea what kind of chip, etc. so I want to look and find out.
Thanks in advance. :)

Yeah I noticed that once I got in there and looked at it. If I wanted to have a new tune done, does it matter that it may already have a tune done? I guess what I'm asking is, is a tune absolute or is it relative to the existing settings? I went through all the paperwork and I can't find any info regarding a tune but I know he said he had something like that done ("chip it" may not have been what he said).Originally Posted by BadBowtie03
If he has a tune in it now, your new tune will overwrite it.Originally Posted by TLfuRy
