What sort of realistic gains can be expected on a bone stock 6.0 with just the intake? Just noise and extended filter life like most warm air intakes? Or is it better than most? Is the Outlaw an actual CAI or a WAI? Looks like its all underhood from the photo, is there an cold air hookup for it?

The outlaw is a CAI. Its a fully sealed box and sucks air from the fender and headlight area which is Cold Air. I had this system on my truck before the supercharger and it really helped with the mid range power. It pulled much harder from mid to top end. Great investment for 200 bucks.

Does MBRP make a Stainless Cat back for a '00 2500 6.0L with dual inlet muffler?

They do make a system for the 6.0 2500. They actually use dual mufflers. I think the only way it comes is with a single tip on each side behind the tire. You can ex cab or crew cab?

I just looked into it some more and it looks like the exhaust will only fit the 2003 and new HD trucks. I could set you up with a package deal on the intake and another brand of exhaust, perhaps magnaflow, gibson, flowmaster, etc.....
