Custom tune, either wait4me or westers. Or like stated above HPTuners or similar.
Handheld programmers are limited, mainly because they don't usually affect torque managment.
I like the AEM bruteforce, mainly for the polished/chromed tube and oil-less filter... but the K&N 77series also has a shiney tube :P
