    Ok, I was taking all the stuff off my engine to blast and paint and re-assembly on the new engine and I don't know how to re-assebly the tensioner sprin part... It is a 93' 4.3Lt any info will help bunchs..... Thanxs B-N-D

    A metal brace bolts to the top of the tensioner bracket from behind using the top bolt hole(1 oclock position). the other end of the metal brace bolts to the engine lift hook. the tensioner is bolted on using the center bolt hole. spring goes into hole at 4 oclock position.

    Yea, I figured it out.... I had to put the spring in the inside cup first then slid the outside cup over it then turn it counter clockwise to get it all the way down.... We are all good again.... Thanxs for the help though..........
