Someone is asking to buy my chip but i am unsure. I have a Jet stage 2 chip from my 94 5.7 auto 2wd and he has a 95 5.7 auto 4wd, will it work?

Unfortunately GM started using the PWM TCC clutch in 1995. The 1994 chip will not allow the TCC clutch to lock in the 1995. The 1995 used a 427 PCM (Red/Blue) and the $0D program. IIRC, 1993 and 1994 were both running the $E6 code. They programs and ECMs will interchange, provided that you have the correct program for the TCC type in use.Originally Posted by airdeano
