ok this one i'm gona feel dumb and everything asking but its been so long since i've even thought about it. but WHERE is the thermostat on these style motors? dumb question i know but this is my first time owning a chevy with the vortec motor and im too lazy to sit and look all day
and second, he said his truck is acting up. said he can be driving along doing about 55 and go to floor it and the RPM's kick up but the truck is barely picking up speed like it has no power??????
A good converter is one of the best mods you can make!!!!! It makes all the difference.Originally Posted by Pauly

TireFryr- Built 356ci Ported Accel super ram, Coated LTs,Built 700r4,2800Yenk stall,3.73posi "TractionLess"
the better stall will deff help with the 60', along with the right rear, no need for single tire action
