222/222 on a 112 LSA is a substantial cam but it looks like you have a higher stall converter so I think that'll work.

The truck is my daily ride and I want to keep it that way. Need some advice please on how the cam well do with my other mods and well it still be street able?
Current mods are Magnaflow catback, fuddle 3200, trans cooler, 160 thermostat.
Mods going in with the cam are Mail tune, Pacesetters LT’s and ORY.
Future mods are 20’s and 4.10 gears
Cam spec:
LS1-GT2-5 222 / 222 .566" / .566" 1.7 ratio 112

Honestly its a good cam but I would consider something a little bigger due to the stall.
