Did you re-gear to 4.56's when you put on those 35's? That will hurt your MPGs if you have stock gears. That body lift hurts your MPGs too.
You definitely have an injector problem if one is spitting and one is pouring. Either get new injectors, or have a place clean them out. While you have the injectors out, you should clean out your TBI unit, and if you're handy, perform the Ultimate TBI mods. Check your fuel pressure, make sure it's between 13-14psi.
Then do a complete tune up on your truck.
Check your timing. Advance it a few degrees if you want, it can help with the stock tune.
Remove the air silencer box in your intake tubing, replace it with 4" tubing.
Put on a Hypertech PowerCharger or other "salad bowl" type mod (search for pics on here).
Put on a 1" TBI spacer.
Properly adjust your transmission TV cable.
Put on headers and/or a free-flowing exhaust (single 3" should be good for your truck). Make sure you get a good y-pipe.

Get a throttle body rebuild kit, they're like 10 bucks at the auto parts store. That will fix your injectors.
Those 35's will kill your milage if you havn't changed out your gears.
If your numbers are right, you're getting like 6 mpg. Your truck isn't running right at all. Fix it first before you blow a bunch of money on upgrades.

i wanna know where you're getting them for $10, i paid over $40 for mine.Originally Posted by Whifflebat

Actually, I'm not sure. Its been a couple of years since I redid mine. Now that I think about it, $34 stands out in my head. Does that sound more like it....Originally Posted by GreaseDog

While we're at it, any exhaust leaks? I had a nasty exhaust leak on my blazer for a while, fixing it brought my mpg up a bit.
Also, what temp is it running at? The gauge should be on 210 pretty much all the time, if its lower than that once its warmed up you should check into a thermostat.

I replaced my thermostat after my raditor... It runs about little less than middle...Originally Posted by Whifflebat

Swap the connectors on your injectors to see if the spray pattern changes to the opposite injector. If it does, then the problem is in the wiring or ecm. Those tires and no gear change will DEFINATELY put your ecm into power enrichment mode wich will KILL your gas mileage. Need gears and prom tuning after your injector problem is corrected.
so I figures it out... I travel 1.4 miles every 1 regualor mile, 1.4x240miles to empty and on my dash= 336miles that okay but 336/27gallons=12.4 MPG miles on the road hahaha damn

Yeah, I was going to ask if your speedometer was actually correct. 12 mpg still sucks but it's a full size truck, you can't expect much more. As stated, ride the bike! Or get a 4 cylinder ****box for economy and park the truck. That's what I did.
