A few years ago I tore my lower deflector off the front of my truck and haven't gotten around to replacing it. Mainly because I like the looks but is not having it hurting my MPGs?

the only thing that lower deflector piece possibly does is deflect airflow away from the undercarrige to help make the air going under the vehicle less turbulent and therefore raising the aerodynamics of the vehicle very slightly.
but as was stated earlier, you're still driving a brick, if you like the looks of it off, keep it off, you probably won't see much of a difference either way.
