well the new gears feel wonderful... i just took out the 3.73s & had the 5.67 put in the rear. tires actually mesure about at 34.6. truck feels good now, and the tranny is still slipping but what a difference vs, a slugish always slipping trans. i think the tq is whats saving me now, cause the curve is just so flat all the way to 6k.. but slightly tappers off after 5.8k, she has a sweet spot around 2.8k were its like a jet out of hell... well hopefully me and pops get a 80e to continue doing the swap here shortly. i should also add mpg is way up... im getting around 18-19 city, pretty much idling around town around 1.3k rpms or so... sometimes 1.5k and its no sluch to easily breezing pass someone without no effort, or change of gears or rpms.. no locker or nothing fancy.
