ok so odd question i know, and not sure what i would gain..if any..but, my trans uses the mid stlye clutch setup were i have a master, then slave..then fork, pivit ball, and throwout bearing, can i convert mine to the new style..like 2000 on up setups..were they have a hydrolic throwout bearring and jsut a master cylinder...and what gains would be hand in clutch feel and firmness?

I used a hydraulic throw out bearing in mine when i put the old 4spd in. Used the stock master, some 4AN line and a RAM bearing, worked flawless. Pedal was real easy.

No need to drill holes, just run them through the fork boot.
