Valve spring weight for Comp XE268 cam

Hi Im putting a cam in my 86 k10 with a 350 and i need to know how heavy i should go for valve springs. Whats too heavy, and whats not heavy enough? The cam is a Compcam XE268. Any ideas would be a great help
