I had my breaks expected today, because it didn't breake even on both rear wheels. My Dana rearend was opened because some fluid had leaked into one of the rear breakdrums through a seal. He removed the crossshaft and the two gears that sits on it to release the "wheel-cylinders" Im not a technical genious, so I dunno if this is the right words at all. One of them had some scuffmarks on the inside and also on the outside of the crossshaft where that paticular gear is placed! Now onto the BIG problem. They can't get me any replacement parts because they can't find any info on it in any books or anything. My truck is an export model and originally build for mexico I think? It has all kind of diffrent/strange parts on it.. including the Dana/spicer rearend! Anyway he found some identification-numbers on one of the large gears, not sure were. Im not 100% sure that all the spaces in this is placed correct... it was hand-written.. but here goes (315 96 DANA T47245 MAIL 519 38.11) Im not sure if the dot between 38 a d 11 might have been placed in the center and not in the bottom... or it might just be some "doodle" he wrote? :) Basicly I need a replacement Kit with crossshaft and the four gears. I think its a dana 44 housing, but I looked for a aftermarket diff. cover once and all the ones I found pics of did'nt seem to match up with the holes on mine? The tag on the Dana/spicer housing says 3.45 ratio. Well im pretty lost! The mecanic told me that my only option might be to get a complete new rearend with brakes and all, and that I might need to get another driveshaft aswell if it would'nt fit! In case I can't get the new stupid parts!!!! Let me know if you have any ideas or know someone that might be able to help!

Here is a link to a pic I took of the housing when Tony@airride was making me a custom brackes, as the stock one did'nt fit my rearend!

    I hope someone can help!
