lq4 swap question

This is a discussion on lq4 swap question within the Engine Swaps forums, part of the Performance category; I know the 99-00 lq4s wont work with the 4L60e, but will an 04 lq4 work with a 99 4L60e?...

    Why not a 4L80 since it is stronger and comes stock behind pretty much all 6.0s as far as i know. jw

    I don't see why any newer 4L60E won't work with any 6.0L
