I just got my 3.5" cutouts welded up behind my supercomp longtubes on my truck. They dump into a single 3" exhaust with a flowmaster muffler. The O2 sensor was a real biotch to install on the driver's side header because I had to drill out the hole with it on the truck. Also just got my dual 3.5" qtecs but they aren't on yet. I can now choose between quiet-pleasant-flowmaster-tone and so-freakin-loud-please-pass-the-earplugs.

Homeboy sucked ass at welding. Oh well, at least it doesn't leak.

The 280Z will get some cutouts next, but I want to put 2 or 3 mufflers behind them instead of 1.

It came out to just over $400 for labor and the 2 mandrel bent S bends that go before each cutout. I had all the other parts already. I had it done at the only shop around that does this type of work. The open cutouts sound...very focking loud!

The welding doesn't look all that bad, needs some grinding, that's it. Exhasut pipe isn't the easiest thing to learn on. Glad you like it, I like to see non dual bullet setups.
