this is how my exhaust is setup:

    1 5/8" shortie headers w/3" collectors
    into
2.5" dual exhaust piping with H crossover pipe
    into
    Two Magnaflow mufflers
    into
2.25" bent exhaust pipe exiting behind the rear axle.

would it be better for me to replace that last 2.25" piping with 2.5" ?? the lowend power isnt a big deal, because i'm getting new gears soon(why my rearend is gone) and it will just spin the tires either way(even with the old 2.73 gears)

It's personal preference, let's just not turn this into another 5 page debate

I'd say keep the system you've got now, the sound clips you've got sound awesome

It looks to me that 2.5 would not make any difference. What heads do you have?

since it is after the mufflers, their shouldn't be any real difference up to 3", other than sound
