Size pipe on NNBS 2008 sierra???

Gonna order up a magnaflow muff and tip... Do any of you know the factory pipe size??? 2.25"??? ITs for the 5.3 engine.

Also the magnaflow tip I want has a 2.25" inlet... Does this mean it will only fit a 2.25" pipe or can it be expanded to fit a bigger pipe... If so how big can it go?

Might be like.... 3''. Dont think fullsize tailpipes are 2.25''. What Id do is get a tape measure and measure the stock exhaust tailpipe size and then you'll know.
