Me and my dad have had 40 series flowmasters on everything we have owned and love them everytime...
go with a 2 1/2 tip which somewhat changes the sound a little deeper...
in your opinion what other mufflers out there have a close sound and tone to 40 series?
i would go with the super 40's and turn em down in front of the rear axle

well i have no lift on it so in the state of va i cant dump em out underneath my truck. i would fail inspection.
Ask in the exhaust section.
Does any one have a video of a set of 40's?

if you want loud then flows sound good...i have 40 series dumped with echo tips...i see you won't be able to dump them but i got mine done when i was in highschool about 5yrs ago and now i think its to loud in the cab and plan on getting magnaflow or something that has better air flow and sounds good but not necessarily loud...

flowmaster 10 series sounds better than the 40s especially with no cats.40 series are over-rated.if it were me i'de just run no cats with an x-pipe with no mufflers can't beat that on the old 350s.
i ahve the same truck
get dynomax starights with dual cats
