same exact muffler... i've had the Summits on 2 trucks, and Flowmasters on 4. i've got a thing for buying slightly used Flowmasters for dirt cheap, otherwise they'd all be Summit mufflers.

This is a discussion on flowmaster 40 vs summit knock off within the Exhaust forums, part of the Performance category; is the flowmaster 40 worth that much more then summits knock off im thinking of running 2 one on each ...
is the flowmaster 40 worth that much more then summits knock off im thinking of running 2 one on each inlet then dumping...i have a 96 yukon 5.7... has anyone ever ran the summits or have any input on them, thanks

does anyone know if my truck, 96 gmc yukon 4x4 5.7 has 2 inch inlets, thats the number i came up with by doing the math from the circumfrance, thanks for the help
You have factory 2" inlets. I'd purchase 2.25" inlet/outlets though.
