Do they increase the drone? I Have a set of bullets with a magnaflow X pipe that I want to install on my 97 xcsb with a 5.7. I just dont want an unbearable drone. If I wanted that I would put flowmasters on it.

I added an x-pipe on my 98 xcsb with 2-flowmaster 10series race mufflers and it quieted it down a little bit and gave it an all around better tone with no drone.

Which is better, a X pipe or a H pipe?
if you look at the shape of each, its pretty plain to see which will flow and work better.
