Finally getting my x-pipe installed tomorrow, one week before I install my new motor(350)
Can't wait see if it makes any differece on the old 305 and if the exhaust note is going to sound any different.
I'll be getting 2 1/2 from the headers to the two converters then to the x-pipe and after it will be 2 1/4 to the tail pipes and no mufflers just 2 resonator tips from LMC.
If it ain't broke,MOD it.

I think you'll like it. I installed an x-pipe on my '97 ECSB a few years back. I have it running into Dynomax Bullet mufflers, which are dumped after the cab. The X-pipe makes the exhaust sound great. Especially when you really get on it.![]()
