When I get home from this deployment, I want to put an exhaust on my 06 Silverado Crew cab, but I'm not sure who to go with. I really only want it for gas mileage, any ideas? My father put the Banks Monster exhaust on his Titan and liked it, but I've not heard whether or not they make a good product for Chevy's.
Any help would be appreciated

Corsa, borla and Magnflow are key players that make GREAT exhausts for our trucks.
Not a fan of flowmaster. On my 03 5.3, I lost low end torque and mileage with their cat-back system. Plus it rusted out in 2-1/2 years in Pa winters.

I forgot Corsa.

Do any of these sound better than the others? From what I understand, some sounds better in certain applications than others, and I don't want an exhaust that sounds like junk either. Thanks for the help guys.

I personaly would go with SLP (check there stuff out if you haven't) or corsa. They both sound mean and are top-notch quality. Plus, they have a good rep. Borla does as well. These systems are spendy though... but a lot better than chokemaster

That's all personal preference. You should go to their sites and listen to some clips or search for ones on here.Originally Posted by AmmoKid
