Trying to get a feel for how loud it will be.

Not sure yet how I want to build my exhaust. Might run the outlet in front of the rear axle, but dont want an obnoxiously loud truck that drones on the highway...

Ok, how about a Magnaflow #16746, the 5x8x18" muffler that exits in front of the rear tire?

My recent and extensive youtube searching of all sorts of brands and mufflers indicates to me that Borla setups not obnoxiously loud but they seem to create a lot of low end sound, also known as bass. I know from experience that bass tends to create drone, especially if the system is dumped. I would favor the Magnaflow but you might still get some drone at certain rpms with a before the rear wheel exit setup.
