I am going to start the new exhaust on the 95 today, i love the sound of it now, but its just too loud. In an effort to make it less annoying, the new set up will be run out the back instead of in front of the pass. side tire. From the Hooker LT's, it will be all 3" true duals with an h-pipe, new cats, cutouts (for the track), then the thrush chambered mufflers. I will have to take it to the exhaust shop and have them bend me up some tail pipes to which i will add a set of glass packs right before the setup comes out from under the bed. Yes you read it right, i will have 2 sets of mufflers, my goal is to quiet it down, as i get older i cant stand the loud setup it has now. Anyhow here is a pic of the new stuff laid out, more pics as i get it together.

Well its mounted all the way up to the Thrush mufflers, with no turndowns or anything, just stoping under the bed and it sounds like $hit! I really hope that once it has the tailpipes and other mufflers on it, it sounds better. I'm really dissapointed with it right now, 2 steps forward, 5 steps back.

Re: New setup for the 95

Sounds better, atleast i can have a conversation in it while driving now! Still loud though, here are some pics from the shop. Sound clips will come after bit, stay tuned!

EDIT; You can see in the one pic the driverside shock is missing, going to relocate them both to the rear of the axle using a SD shock mount kit. Got it today and man is it beefy!

Hopefully the weather holds out today and I can get some drive by clips, if not I'll try tomorrow. I know you guys are wanting to hear it with the cutouts open, but I'm going to wait for that either first track day in Apr or Iwhen I get the electric openers.
