What flows better than glasspacks?

Im getting ready to redo my exhaust. Im getting tired of the raspy popping glasspacks. I was planning on using 2 hooker aerochambers along with the x-pipe thats collecting dust in my room, but am not sure I can spend $130 on mufflers then pay to have the pipe ran and tips.

Can you guys recommend something to me that will flow better than glasspacks but wont clean out my wallet? I have heard that glasspacks dont flow well, but Im not sure what flows better. I thought about running thrush welded because I like the way they sound, but read that they dont flow good either.

Any suggestions?

You could try Dynomax race bullets, for a nicer sounding, longer lasting yet just as loud alternative. Look for anything straight through.

BTW, cherry bombs tend to have the same inner perforated tube diameter, so they can actually restrict flow in certain cases. I'd only ever use them as a resonator and that is it.

It doesnt have to be just as loud. I want a good sound but would rather have good performance. Do bullets sound much better? I forgot to mention before I dont have any cats, so the popping is bad.
